When and where did you begin this sport?
She began the sport at age eight in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Why this sport?
"My mother brought me to swimming after I had been diagnosed with scoliosis at age nine. After a short course of swimming exercises, once I saw a synchronized swimming training and, as my mother told me, without losing sight of this beauty and grace, I said firmly, "Mum, I want this!" Certainly, I didn't know the name of the sport then but I realized that I liked it madly!"
